Building New Modules for SL

SalarO currently has 3 ambitious projects in building 3 amazing tools for Second Life using DotNetNuke technologies.

Metrics, that rather like the who is online module in DNN, will show the number of people presently in a SL island

Survey Module, is enhanced and can talk to Survey being taken inside SL with the result showing in RL inside your dotnetnuke portal.

Store Module, one of the biggest pains in DotNetNuke has been the difficulties of finding an easy to use yet stable Store module. SalarO has realized that the key is to separate the store logic from DNN. That way you will never have to worry about DNN upgrades and how it will affect your product sales. Most DNN store modules are notorious in laging behind DNN in versions. For example how much time have we been stuck on a version of Catalook that is stuck on a particular version of DNN.
